We offer 1:1 training sessions for masters swimmers only (18 yrs+) who are looking to develop their strokes or learn and improve on the skills needed for racing either in the pool or in open water.
Want to Boost your swim fitness?
We can also run regular bespoke small group sessions that are fitness and/or skills based — perfect for swimmers who aren’t able to join our regular squad sessions.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU TRAIN?
To see real progress in your technique:
- We recommend 1–2 coached sessions per month
- Plus practice 1–2x per week on your own

Two 30–45 min sessions each week are more effective than 1×1.5 hrs session every few weeks
Swimming is a technical sport that requires patience, practice, and persistence. Some skills will click quickly — others take time. Even our Head Coach, with over 15 years of experience, is still learning something new every day.
Please note: We do not offer learn-to-swim lessons.
If you’re looking for beginner adult swim classes, we recommend contacting one of the local Leisure Centres listed below, as many offer Learn to Swim for Adults programmes.

Tiller Leisure Centre
£70 per hour
+ £20 for each additional swimmer
Slots available throughout the week and up to midday on Saturdays & Sundays
London Aquatics Centre
£120 per hour for 1-2 swimmers
+ £20 for each additional swimmer
Pool time is very limited at the LAC – normally late Sat afternoon is available.
✓ Only available for block work training for advanced competitive swimmers
✓ You must be a competent swimmer as the pool is 50m in length and 3m deep throughout.
If you are looking for a cheaper alternative we can offer block training at Forest Hill Leisure Centre SE23 3HZ for £70 per hour for 1-2 swimmers +£20 for each additional swimmer
Saturdays 16:00 – 18:00.
NB the blocks at Forest Hill do not have adjustable foot rests.
Wavelengths Leisure Centre
£70 per hour
+ £20 for each additional swimmer
Saturdays 15:00 – 17:00
Do note the adjacent lanes are used by a private swim school for SEN children who operate a 1:1 teacher/ swimmer ratio in each of the lanes (3 in total).
Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel a session within 48hrs you will be subject to a £30 cancellation fee. for Wavelengths and Tiller Leisure Centre & £80 cancellation fee at the LAC
